The crescent moon at the top of the head indicates " Diana the Huntress". The cameo is carved in angel skin coral. The pink background gives the feel of back lighting. The mounting is 10 kt yellow gold and hand engraved. It is a pin only and measures 1 1/2inches x 1-1/8 inches. Circa 1900
