The carving of this cameo is very fine. The artist has superb command of the medium (conch shell). The hair appears to be flowing and the leaves at the base of the neck add to the movement. The bezel is sterling silver and a filigree pattern. Flowers and leaves complete this natural theme. It is a pin pendant combination and measures 1 1/2 inches x 2 inches. Circa 1915
