When I think of a classic cameo subject this face usually comes to mind. The stoic stare, the wonderful gowns and vintage hairstyles. The cameo is Victorian and is a pin only. It measures 2 " x 1 3/8" and is 14kt gold. The conch shell has been finely carved. Circa 1880
