This is a really special cameo. The cameo is conch shell and is set in 14kt white gold filigree. The carving is very detailed and is embellished with a diamond earring and lavaliere. It is a pin pendant combination. The bail of the pendant needs to be repaired. The cameo measures 1 7/8” and 1 5/8”. Circa 1900
