This diamond shaped conch shell cameo has a carved floral frame. The mounting is 14kt white gold and has a filigree design. It is a pin pendant combination and measures 1 3/4" x 1 1/4". Cameos with an odd shape such as this one are often very collectible. Circa 1905.
